My goal is to serve you WHEN you need it, WHERE you need it, and provide the most PERSONAL care possible. As a Family Medicine provider, I cherish being involved in my patient’s lives.
PRIVATE
All appointments are scheduled for one-on-one time. No waiting rooms or front desk check-ins. It’s just between US. And I strive to be completely transparent in medical charges. There won’t be any fees charged without you knowing how much and for what…..BEFORE being charged.
CONSISTENT
No matter the need, I strive to give you the best care possible, and I will always work hard to develop the right treatment plan for YOU.
CONVENIENT
Conveniently located in downtown Breckenridge. Hours are Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm AND as otherwise needed and agreed upon. Please call first before stopping by, as I may already be with another patient, or on a house call.
For the yearly cost of one month's insurance premium, you have full time access to my care.

Why DPC & Me
I’ve recently joined Mountain Doc DPC with Dr. Randall Nations. I’ve known Randy for 20+ years when we worked together at a large multi-provider clinic group. I am excited to continue to deliver care in an even more personalized way using the Direct Patient Care model which allows for easier communication and accessibility to affordable care. Since moving to Summit County in 1994, I’ve worked for county government in Health & Human Services, at High Country Healthcare and the Summit Community Care Clinic. As a PA, I’ve been caring for community members and visitors for 15 years, drawing on a diverse personal and professional background. My latest medical provider position was at SCCC for 11+ years as a clinician and as Lead Medical Provider for the School Based Health clinics for many years. During my time off I enjoy the many activities the seasons offer like hiking, biking, skinning, skiing, and hockey. Born in Panama, I am fluent in Spanish and English.

I deliver care directly to you without the usual barriers. I’m able to design more satisfying health plans for patients without insurance company restraints.

I use my Physician Assistant education and experience to help explore causes of acute and chronic illness so that you can avoid down time from activities, family and life in general.

The best health outcomes are achieved when you and I have quality time to discuss your health risks based on your health history, lifestyle and diet. I can then determine the appropriate preventative and diagnostic testing based on those health risks.
If there is anything that I feel requires a specialist, we have a large, trusted referral network that Dr. Nations and I have developed over our may years of practice.

Besides the expected medical care, I provide IV therapy, hormone optimization, and weight management medication.

Dr. Nations and I often confer on patients and provide coverage for each other’s patients when needed.

What is Direct Primary Care?

What that translates into is an more personal relationship between a patient and his or her primary care provider. Subscribers receive primary care with a simple, flat, affordable membership fee. Why Direct Primary Care?
You have extraordinary access to a primary care medical provider by phone call, text, in person. I like this DPC model because it lets me spend more time with my patients and lets them have more access to me to be able to nip illness in the bud so it doesn’t grow into a bigger problem. Patients don’t have to wait long to have information helpful to their health. Better health outcomes are achievable because of this comprehensive patient care. The therapeutic relationship is tailored to each patient’s needs empowering patients to be more involved in directing their own care.

For the yearly cost of one month's insurance premium, you have full time access to my care. Labs are often more affordable than your portion of lab costs not covered by insurance because of pre-negotiated rates with Mountain Doc DPC.

Mountain Doc DPC Monthly Membership
Pricing of your membership is simple, transparent and affordable! For a monthly fee, based on age and automatically billed on the 1st of the month, you have unlimited access for primary care services from Mountain Doc DPC.
Individuals:

Maximum $300/month per family (parents with biologic/legally-adopted minor children)

Miscellaneous
The only additional fees are for supplies, testing, EKG’s, medications, or other items. Pricing is affordable and transparent and discussed before being charged.
Testing, supplies, etc.
Strep test, COVID test, flu swabs, urinalysis, blood and lab pathology testing; injury related supplies (casts, braces, crutches, suturing supplies, etc.); In-office oxygen therapy, and dermatologic treatment supplies (wart removal)”
Imaging/EKG
Imaging is currently outside the office, but we strive to get you the best value possible. Additional available testing includes EKG, home sleep study, as well as others.
